This fully automatic model includes all the standard features of the Max-Air 90 Std system, plus automatic controls that simplify operation and reduce operator involvement during filling. It is designed for economy, simplicity, and dependable long-term service while still delivering the performance needed for high-pressure breathing air applications.
Standard automatic features include automatic condensate drains, an automatic start and stop pressure switch, and a magnetic starter with thermal overload protection. The system also includes a fused transformer and hour meter with UL-listed installation components to support reliable operation in demanding environments.
The Max-Air 90 compressor automatically refills your cascade or cylinder and stops when the desired cylinder capacity is reached. During the fill cycle, the condensate drains operate automatically. They also continue periodic draining and shutdown draining so moisture does not remain in the system while it is not in use. The system is also designed to restart without load on the motor.
